by DeBoz. In some cases, the construction may still be in
progress, thus this section will be constantly updated to
follow the process from dream to reality.

| Maestral was amongst the earliest of
the DeBoz residential projects and has recently been completed
in the suburb of Dural. The images above are used to contrast
the original plan in its computer generated (CG) form
seen on the left and in our library, to the the actual
execution of the project seen in photos on the right.
The interior view is as seen from the living room, showing
the stairs up to the second floor and the kitchen area. |

Mediterranean is
a recent project undertaken by DeBoz located in the
suburb of Ryde. The house is located on the higher point
of Ryde with a wonderful view of the suburb and Sydney
city. The house was desinged to fit a sloping block
of land. The project has recently been completed as
shown in the final two images above. |

|
Liverpool 03 represents
another Deboz specialty - corner lot subdivision. An
existing residence was demolished and the corner block
subdivided. In place, two dwellings were designed, both
featuring open-space living areas, four bedrooms on
the upper level and balconies common to both properties.
Working to strict criteria, Deboz designers created
an efficient distribution of living space to the satisfaction
of both client and council. Construction has recently
been completed. |
