An initial requirement for ground floor renovations revealed
a need for significant structural adjustment. After a cost-benefit
analysis, it was found that a first floor addition was the
most cost effective solution. Subsequently, Deboz designed
a charming upper level, three-bedroom appartment with spectacular
district views.
