Town
House - Stage 1

In the very early stage of design, a town house option
was used. Considering that the space available was
relatively small, we managed to fit five town houses
onto two levels with commercial and office areas on
the ground level, as well as an underground car park.
Every town house had its own courtyard and two large
terraces.
This option was later abandoned.

Penthouse
Style Apartments - Stage 2
Following
on from the abandoned town house option, DeBoz
designers were given a larger "L" shaped
site area with which to work. This time, a penthouse
style apartment option was used to design a residential
block in which each apartment was comprised of three
levels. This was a true 'village' option offering
a relaxed lifestyle and featuring an underground car
park, office and commercial spaces on the ground floor
(cafes, shops etc.). This option was also abandoned
due to changes in the available site area. |
Top-Floor
Penthouse Style Apartments - Stage 3 (Current Stage)
This
is the current design stage, where we adopted an option
with five floors due to the limitations of a smaller site
area, while still retaining a similar number of apartments.
This is the initial, raw design from which the current
concept can be seen :
secure underground car park, two and three bedroom apartments
with balconies and penthouse-style three bedroom apartments
on the top floor with large terraces, pergolas and a flat
roof. |
