Packages are created in accordance with BCA
(for NSW non-cyclonic areas). Depending on where you
are planning to build, you and your builder will have
to comply with local rules (BCA and Council guidelines).
After having selected the plan, and once the site
is known, consult a qualified Structural Engineer
regarding the design of footings and other structural
details.

Plans

windows, doors and stairs on all levels of the
house.
Each floor plan contains a table of area calculations
in m2, as well as wall, floor and ceiling finishing
schedules.
