DeBoz Standard Packages are created in accordance with BCA (for NSW non-cyclonic areas). Depending on where you are planning to build, you and your builder will have to comply with local rules (BCA and Council guidelines). After having selected the plan, and once the site is known, consult a qualified Structural Engineer regarding the design of footings and other structural details.
